Refund & Cancellation Policy

Darajah offers a single purchase: a one-time lifetime upgrade for ₹599 (INR) that unlocks all 30 levels of Islamic learning content permanently on your account. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
• You have not completed more than 5 premium lessons.
• There was a technical issue that prevented you from accessing premium content.

We also consider refunds outside these criteria on a case-by-case basis. If you have a genuine concern, please reach out.

Email us at support@getdarajah.com with:

• Your registered email address.
• Your Razorpay payment ID.
• The reason for your refund request.

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.

As Darajah is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there is nothing to "cancel." Your premium access remains active for the lifetime of your account.

To delete your account, email support@getdarajah.com. Account deletion does not automatically trigger a refund.

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
