By accessing or using Darajah ("the Platform"), operated by Mohsin Khan, trading as Darajah (contact: support@getdarajah.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Darajah is an Islamic educational platform providing level-based learning content based on the Quran and authentic Hadith, accessible via web at getdarajah.com and via the Darajah Android app.

Content is divided into free levels (Levels 1–5) and premium levels (Levels 6–30), unlocked through a one-time payment (₹650 in India; the equivalent local price is shown at checkout in other countries).

To create an account and make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). Where Darajah is used by a child, a parent or legal guardian must create and control the account, provide consent on behalf of the child, and supervise their use. Children may not create their own accounts.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
• You may not share your account with others.

The premium upgrade is a one-time payment — ₹650 in India, or the equivalent local price shown at checkout in other countries. It is processed securely via Razorpay and unlocks lifetime access to all 30 levels for your account.

• The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged, inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• We do not store your card details.

All content on Darajah — including lesson text, Arabic text, translations, exam questions — is the property of Darajah or its licensors. You may use content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Share, resell, or redistribute premium content.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content.

Darajah provides educational content for general learning purposes. It does not constitute formal religious rulings (fatwas) or replace qualified Islamic scholars. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
